Using Template Letters – Instructions
When creating a letter for an EV from a Compliance template, you must download a copy of the letter to be able to fill the fields. Please do not open the template and edit the version saved in Fresh Desk. Please do not make a copy in the Fresh Desk folder and edit it there.
