Step one:
OC check that this transfer is ok (is the host school aware, are there other circumstances we should know about).
If this is good, then the OC needs to:
- In Hanover, flip the EV into THS status
- Send canned response Transfer End of School Year (Teach) **if it is not the end of the school year, please see the general Transfer Process Workflow
-In the ticket flip the status to Waiting on Customer
Step two:
Once the EV has sent the new job offer the OC will verify it in Hanover, looking to see if this is a school we already have in Hanover. If this is not a school already in Hanover, in the ticket the OC will flip the tickets agent group to Hub Placement Vetting Que.
This team will vet the Host school per normal practices. If needed they will insert the canned response Finanace - SOA/Transfer fee insert and flip the tickets agent group to Finance SOA/Transfer Invoicing. Once paid Finance will move the ticket back to the person who sent the ticket to them. Then, in Hanover the agent will upload the JO and attached the placement to the EV profile. Then change the tickets agent group to Compliance Transfer.

Compliance will update information in SEVIS, make a note in the case that this was completed and change the ticket agent back to the original OC of the ticket.
Step four:
The OC will inform the EV that this has been completed.
