Once you have confirmed that a J1 Teach participant is pregnant. You need to do the following steps:
1) Send them the canned response Pregnancy (teach). This response congratulates them and then let's them know they need to fill out the pregnancy policy and warranty they are applying for a change in status.
2) Fill the status into waiting on customer and change the group to Hub Teacher Lounge.
3) Once the documentation has been returned, please verify for:
-Are there realistic funds available for the teacher to stay *** We need a definition of this for our teams to know ****
-Is their school holding their position for them
-Do they have a viable back to work plan for day care
-Did they complete the warranty document
4) If approved send the Teacher an approval email
5) If they do not meet requirements, escalate to the head of support to inform the teach and start the termination process
