Before you start make sure you save all your documents. We recommend you take pictures and save all receipts for payments, bills, medical reports, etc. and save on your phone for you to be able to access as needed.
Go to https://www.hollardtravel.com/Home/Claims
Click on Continue to the claims page
Read the instructions and check that you agree
When it asks where your policy was issued select “United States of America”
Under Policy type select the name of your sponsor
For Policy Number please type in
If you are with Alliance Abroad type: AAG SA - AAG
If you are with GeoVisions type: AAG SA – Geovisions
Enter your Date of Birth and go to the next step
Fill out all the claim information.
Once you have completed that You will receive a claim number and e-mail with a summary of your claim. It is important that you save the claim number for your records. If there are outstanding documents, you will receive an email please upload them as per the e-mail.
Once the claim is complete your claim will be assessed by a claim's assessor who will email you the feedback.
